Guatin is also known around San Pedro as the Cactus Valley, due the abundant presence of the Cardón cactus, one of the largest cactus species in the Andes Mountains. In This area you can easily find cactus around 7 or 8 meters high. The walk is inside a canyon here is following the course of the Vilama River, we can enjoy beautiful landscapes, cactus, native flora and fauna. We will pass a small waterfall, we will cross the river, among our walk, this excursion is very entertaining and splendid for Photography.
